End of support for version 4 — Upgrades to RIGHTS 20|20 (version 5)

Support for That’s Rights! +EasyRoyalties version 4  is scheduled to end on 31 December 2021. After that date customers who purchased licences of our version 4 products one-off may continue to use the software as long as it is compatible with their operating system and any required external software. Support to users of version 4 will be limited to:

One-off customers moving to RIGHTS 20|20 (version 5)

Customers who purchased That’s Rights! or EasyRoyalties version 4 one-off plans in the past can sign up to one of our subscription schemes of RIGHTS 20|20.

1. Sign-ups to upgrade plans before 31 December 2022 will receive a 10% discount and a conversation of the customer’s data to version 5 at no additional cost. Some of legacy configurations will be available for sign-up throughout 2022, for continuing customers to upgrade to RIGHTS 20|20 (version 5). Fees paid for licences/upgrades/add-ons three years prior to purchasing a subscription will be applied pro-rata to the initial subscription fees. Contact us for more information.

2. Sign-ups to upgrade plans after 31 December 2021 will be available at the prices and configurations in effect at that time; however any fees paid for licences/upgrades three years prior to purchasing a subscription will still be applied pro-rata to the first-year’s subscription fees.

3. ‘Site licences’ (unlimited users and/or titles) were discontinued in 2017. Customers who purchased site licences of any version 4 configurations (or had upgraded their configurations to version 4 site licences) and who join one of our subscription schemes before 31 December 2021 will receive a 30% discount on the published subscription prices for three years after signing up if they maintain a configuration of at least seven users for RIGHTS 20|20 RIGHTS (or of at least two users and 5,000 titles for RIGHTS 20|20 Royalties, formerly EasyRoyalties); 10% discount on the published subscription fees thereafter. Any configuration upgrades purchased during this three-year period will also benefit from a 30% discount.In addition, any fees paid for licences/upgrades/add-ons three years prior to purchasing a subscription will be applied pro-rata to the initial subscription fees. For site licences that wish to downgrade to smaller configurations can still benefit from the 10% discount (1 and 2 above) if they upgrade to a subscription version before 31 December 2022.
