User Support
Technical support
We ensure a smooth start-up experience. From the start of your subscription, our email support assists with software installation, registration, or activation for you, your IT team, or consultants. We are also available to help during device upgrades or infrastructure changes.
HelpDesk
We offer comprehensive (and complimentary!) email support for software troubleshooting and how-to guidance. Need more? Training
New customers receive a complimentary online training session to get started. Additional user training may be included with data migration & set-up, or add-ons like Royalty Portals.
